1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide CNC machining, stamping, die casting, laser cutting, powder metallurgy, and related surface treatment and inspection services. All services are subject to these terms and any specific agreements signed between the parties.
3. Quoting and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of purchase order and deposit. Prices may vary based on final design, material availability, and quantity changes. All quotes include free DFM review.
4. Intellectual Property
Customer-provided designs, CAD files, and specifications remain the intellectual property of the customer. We claim no ownership over customer designs. Our manufacturing processes, know-how, and proprietary methods remain our intellectual property.
5. Quality and Warranty
We warrant that all manufactured parts will conform to the agreed-upon specifications, drawings, and tolerances. Non-conforming parts will be re-manufactured at our expense. This warranty is valid for 90 days from delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the manufactured parts provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our parts or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then arbitration in Shenzhen.
